Remember when IPTV audio was always slightly off? Mouth movements didn't match words. It was maddening.
That problem has mostly disappeared. Not by accident. Resellers fixed it.
A British iptv reseller explained the change. "We switched to better transcoding hardware. The old encoders introduced 200-300ms of audio delay. New ones are under 50ms."
The British iptv service I use now has perfect audio sync. I tested it with a clapperboard video. Frame perfect.
A bad IPTV reseller UK still uses old encoders. Audio drift is noticeable. Watch a news anchor's lips. If they're out of sync, your reseller is cutting corners.
Test this on your current service. Find a talking head. Cover the screen with your hand. Just listen. Then watch. If the audio doesn't match the lip movement, your reseller is using cheap encoding.
Good audio sync is standard now. Don't accept worse.
